Bosses have all manner of ways of firing employees.
One may be in amit of ones job, enjoy it immensely, be professional and very skilled but not wish to leave and change employers. Yet sometimes a boss’s actions aren’t always competent, in the best interests of the company or staff (or shareholders/ owners).
Are there accepted ways of firing a boss ?
Doesn’t it seem unfair that bosses hold ALL the power ?
Many business’ succeed DESPITE their management NOT because of it.
Wouldn’t Fanny Mays and Freddie Mac have been better without their management ?
No sorry. But I wish there was a way too!
