I am in a medium sized city where they types of jobs I would get are over an hours drive away. I would like to be able to work from home.
I am trained to be an Administrative Assistant. The types of positions that breaks down to are data entry, receptionist, file clerk, Administrative Assistant, and Machine Transcriptionist. The last one I am not good at so it is not an option.

Hi!
I should be completed with my associates degree when I’m 20 1/2. I WAS planning to transfer to a university and finish the last 2 years for a bachelor’s…but I REALLY want to become a Marine SO bad. Would I be able to finish my 2 years of undergrad work while in the Corps? I wouldn’t mind if it took a little longer
I need to start working on my life and not stay at home free loading off of my parents, although I’m in college. I feel that I have not achieved anything…I am sure that I will feel differently about my achievements once I become a Marine.
Is this reasonable? I CANNOT be living with my parents until 23-24 y/o for a bachelor’s…it’s just not going to happen with the way my family is.
Also: NROTC would be nice, but my SAT score isn’t high enough…even though I have a high GPA in rigorous junior college coursework.
4.0 GPA .
One of the reasons that I can’t wait is b/c I live in a emotionally abusive and controlling environment. I know bootcamp is like this and I can deal with this , but difference is….it isn’t from your own flesh and blood.
Trust me, I’m in outstanding shape. 6-7 minute mile runner
How high is your juco GPA? your odds of getting an NROTC 2 year MO Scholarship are really low, especially if you aren’t in outstanding shape… The Marines give out very VERY few scholarships and prefer to let the Marine Option MIDN in as college programmers and see if they can hack it, you can’t do that with a two year program, and getting into OCS is EXTREMELY difficult with the Marines. Anyone who says that if you have a college degree you should be an Officer is a moron, 99% of people with degrees wouldn’t get into Marine OCS. My recommendation is to just enlist now, serve four years, then you can use your GI Bill after and get your degree (and get paid to do it)
I’m close to the brink of graduating from high school, and it’s high time for me to choose a major in college that will apply to my first job in the future. Only problem is, I don’t know what kind of career I want to get into, and therefore I don’t know what major I should have. At first, I was thinking Biology, but the only thing that really interests me about it is the subject of Evolution. That’s hardly going to help me through college. I’m very good at Art as I love to draw and have a talent for it, but I do not want to become an artist or an art teacher. If anything, my sole wish is to do a lot of traveling in my life while earning enough money to support myself and live well. And so I pose this question to you folks out there: What career should I get into? Please help me and offer any advice on this! Thank you.
how about an architect? it doesnt do much for the evolution thing, but you can always minor in something like that…architecture can be really rewarding if youre good at it.
good luck deciding=))
He looks like lava rock person and hes controlled by Mola Ram and the story is in " Shanghai Showdown"
use the bottle to throw to it. and then use short round to enter the small hole in the leg. short round will knock mola ram. last one… use the whip to pull the button! (ok… repeat this until you win!)
I HOPE THIS WILL HELP!
I’m just a little worried that my boss is going to fire me. She knows I had an accident last weekend and I was in the hospital for a back contusion. She knows I’ve been out all week and again today. We are going to talk about short term disability leave. But she’s taking her good old time to do all this and I’m hoping she isn’t thinking about firing me. Wouldn’t that be like wrongful termination? I have proof that I am legitimately hurt and need to be home.
Our company does have the family medical leave act.
No one here can answer this. The answer would depend on your company’s policies, the laws in your state, and the specific way in which the events occurred and what steps you took along the way. If it’s a company of any size, check with the HR department for specific policies and any applicable forms and procedures.
My boss is planing to fire me because of my workers com. He thinks that i put a law suit against him. My workers com all ready settle. He thinks because i got that money i did a law suit against him. But that money was just the settlement when they close the case. can he fire me for that.
Please if you are answering this don’t be rude, if you are don’t answer at all.
as most states are at will you can be fired for any reason or no reason unless it is protected class, workers comp is not a protected class so the answer would be yes
I am a stay at home mom looking for a work from home opportunity with flexible hrs and good pay. I have experince in the work from home field, and know there a alot of scams out there.
You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies.
You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job.
These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as "work at home" because they would hear from too many unqualified people.
